Caeley Looney is an autistic aerospace engineer, entrepreneur, award winning STEM educator, children's book author, and founder of one of the fastest-growing nonprofits inspiring the next generation.

After spending nearly a decade building spacecraft and support Earth and lunar missions, including Firefly Aerospace's historic Blue Ghost Lunar Lander, Caeley turned her passion for engineering into a mission much bigger than herself: helping every child believe they belong in STEM.

Caeley has become a leading advocate for female and diverse representation in STEM, using her platform to uplift the voices of other women in STEM. In 2019, she founded Reinvented Inc., a global nonprofit that has since inspired more than 500,000 students worldwide through hands-on engineering experiences, international STEM initiatives, educational publications, and creative programs that challenge outdated stereotypes about who can become an engineer. From teaching elementary students to use power tools while dressed as princesses to publishing the nation's first magazine created for girls in STEM, by girls in STEM, Caeley believes the best way to change the future of the tech industry is to make role models in the field accessible to students. Her work has earned national recognition, including being named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in Education.

Now, she's launching her debut children's book, Charlie's Space Adventures: Mission to the Moon, designed to introduce kids ages 0 - 8 to space exploration, curiousity, and bravery. Her goal is to bring the book to classrooms, libraries, science museums, and students aross the country, enabling young girls to see themselves in aerospace from an early age.
